The Library presents “Food in Schools: Why it Matters and What to do About It." The discussion will cover ways for area schools to make lunch a healthier, more responsible and more educational experience.
Panelists include Sustainable Fare founder Gary Giberson; Dorothy Mullen, founder of The Suppers Program; and Brian Mochnal of FLIK Dining, food services provider at Princeton Day School.
Professional Development credits will be available to participants, and light refreshments will be served.
