Fall Outdoor Fitness Classes In Lawrence

Classes will be focused on developing and maintaining physical fitness and conditioning of young athletes.

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ —The Lawrence Township Recreation Department if offering outdoor fitness classes for school children, this fall.

The classes are open for students in grades 6-12. This is especially for those students who have had their outdoor sport activities cancelled due to COVID-19. The fitness classes will help them keep in shape and ensure they are on top of their game.

Each session is 60 minutes long and focused on developing and maintaining physical fitness and conditioning. Athletes of all levels can participate.

Special focus will be given to cardio and conditioning, coordination and balance, strength and flexibility, speed and agility.

Classes will meet at the Village Park Pavillon at the Yeger Drive entrance, every Tuesdays and Thursdays, through Oct.1.

A maximum of 15 people will be allowed in each class. Registration fee is $60 per resident.
