Five Unlocked Cars ‘Rummaged Through’ In Princeton: Police

The incident occurred overnight between April 9 and 10. Nothing was stolen from any of the cars, said police.

PRINCETON, NJ — Four Princeton residents reported that someone entered into their "unlocked" cars between April 9 and 10, according to the Princeton Police blotter.

A Linden Lane resident reported that someone entered his unlocked car that was parked in the driveway and rummaged through. The incident happened overnight between April 9 and 10. However, nothing was reported stolen according to the blotter.

Two residents of Gallup Road reported that their unlocked cars were entered overnight between April 9 and 10, while the cars were parked at their respective owners' driveways. Nothing was reported missing.

A resident from Parkside Drive told police that someone entered their unlocked car between 9 p.m. on April 9 and 7:15 a.m. on April 10.

Although the inside of the car was rummaged through, nothing was reportedly stolen.
