Lillipies Bakery, Princeton To Host Sunday Brunch Jazz Series

PRINCETON, NJ — Lillipies Bakery is all set to host a Sunday Brunch Jazz Series, beginning Mother’s Day.

Titled “East Local. Listen Local” visitors can indulge in delicious treats from Lillipies while listening to local musicians in a courtyard setting.

Darnabee Jones will kick off the Sunday Brunch Jazz Series on May 9, 11 a.m. The series includes six jazz concerts.

A host of local musicians have been lined up to perform. These performances are free and open to the public. It will take place in front of the bakery, located in Princeton Shopping Center.

Here are the performance dates and artists:

• Sunday, May 9: Darnabee Jones
• Sunday, June 6: Liam Sutcliffe Combo
• Sunday, June 20: QPK Trio
• Sunday, July 18: Liam Sutcliffe Combo
• Sunday, August 1: GBC Trio
• Sunday, August 15: Liam Sutcliffe Combo

Since opening in 2016, the bakery has evolved into a community gathering place, hosting open mic events for musicians, local fundraisers, and impromptu meetings.
