PRINCETON, NJ — Meet Macya! She has been chosen as Princeton Patch's Pet Of The Week. (For a limited time Pet of the Week will run twice a week to bring some joy during the coronavirus pandemic)
"Let us introduce you to our wonderful kitty, Macya, a Russian blue mix. We are a family of four with one kitten, we live in Princeton. We adopted her from a shelter right before the quarantine and she is our absolute savior. She is a very unusual kitten, who greets us every time we approach her by gentle 'Mrrr...' She is full of love and purrs loudly every time we take her in our lap.
She loves to sleep with her favorite Teddy and carries him around. She loves belly rubs. She accompanies us everywhere we go and is now a center of any conversation and fun. In these tough times Macya is a source of joy and happiness, she connects us all together and helps us to spend this home-time so much easier! And this is why we believe she deserves a proud title of a Princeton Pet of the Week."
