Princeton to Launch Advanced Care Planning Initiative

Princeton Mayor Liz Lempert and state Health Commissioner Mary O'Dowd kick off campaign on Thursday

Princeton is one of three New Jersey towns participating in a pilot program dealing with advanced care planning.

Princeton Mayor Liz Lempert and New Jersey Health Commissioner Mary O’Dowd will be officially launching the “Conversion of a Lifetime” initiative 10 a.m. Thursday at the Princeton Public Library according to nj.com. Joining Princeton in the program are Gloucester Township and Tenafly.

Representatives from the Princeton Public Health Department, Princeton Senior Resource Center, Community Without Walls and New Jersey Goals of Care are leading the effort, according to the New Jersey Healthcare Quality Institute.
