Princeton Police And SAVE Volunteers To Hold Pet Adoption Event

Meet police officers, play with dogs and bring home a new friend.

PRINCETON, NJ — Princeton Police Department is teaming up with SAVE animal shelter to host a community event for pets on Sep. 23, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Dogs and puppies from the shelter will be out in the park, so interested residents can adopt them. Officers and volunteers from SAVE will answer questions about each pet.

Social distancing rules are mandatory. The police has requested residents to carry masks in case the turnout makes social distancing difficult.
