Princeton Restaurant To Host Paella Fundraiser For Immigrants
Money raised from the event will be used to help the Latin American Legal Defense and Education Fund to aid immigrants in Mercer County.
PRINCETON, NJ — Princeton's Mediterra Restaurant is hosting a Spring Paella Fundraiser in partnership with the Latin American Legal Defense and Education Fund to help aid immigrants in Mercer County.
The fundraiser will be held at the restaurant at 29 Hulfish St. in Princeton on Tuesday, April 23 from 5 to 10 p.m. where a special on paella will be served.
Money raised from the event will be used to further advance the LALDEF's mission to provide direct services, advocacy, and community organizing.

Additionally, LALDEF's board and staff will be present from 6 to 8 p.m. with brief remarks offered by Board Chair, Dr. Patricia Fernández-Kelly.
