Ruth's Chris Steak House Princeton Announces Dinner Series

Tastemaker Dinner Series offers a five-course meal, paired with a glass of wine. The dinner will be held at three NJ restaurant locations.

PRINCETON, NJ — Chef Brian Kirby is going to be extremely busy the next couple of days. Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Princeton is continuing the Tastemaker Dinner Series this month with a five-course meal, expertly paired with a glass of Belle Glos wine to complement each dish. The dinner is being hand-crafted by Kirby.

“Our five-course TasteMaker dinner with Belle Glos provides a fantastic way to pair Ruth’s Chris with one of the world’s most renowned wineries,” said Kirby.

“We’ve personally designed this dinner in a way that celebrates the winery’s history and its specialties — Pinot Noirs. Each wine has been hand-selected to bring out all the flavors of its paired dish for a taste you won’t find anywhere else.”
