Shake Shack To Open 1st Mercer County Location In Princeton
The first 100 people in line when doors open on Monday at 11 a.m. will receive a custom NJ Shake Shack tote.

PRINCETON, NJ — Shake Shack will be opening its first Mercer County location in the Princeton area on Monday at 11 a.m. The first 100 people in line when doors open will receive a custom NJ Shake Shack tote.
The 3,403 square-foot Shack will be at 3303 Brunswick Pike, right off of Route 1 and across from the Quaker Bridge Mall where the former Patio World used to be.
Shake Shack serves up 100 percent all-natural Angus beef burgers, chicken sandwiches and griddled flat-top dogs (no hormones or antibiotics), fresh-made frozen custard, crispy crinkle cut fries and more.

In addition to the classics, the Princeton Shack will be spinning up a unique selection of frozen custard concretes in partnership with local purveyors:
- Blackout Cookie - Chocolate custard, marshmallow sauce, The Gingered Peach Bakery Blackout cookie
- Spoon Feed - Vanilla custard, fudge sauce, The Bent Spoon salted caramel brownie, chocolate sprinkles
- Pie Oh My - Vanilla custard blended with pieces of The Gingered Peach seasonal pie
As part of Shake Shack’s mission to Stand For Something Good, The Princeton Shack will donate 5 percent of sales from the Pie Oh My concrete to The Jillian Fund, a financial resource for families and children suffering life-threatening illness requiring critical care.

The new Shack also used environmentally-friendly products with tabletops made by CounterEvolution using reclaimed bowling alley lanes, chairs designed by Uhuru using sustainable materials, and booths crafted by Staach using lumber certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.
