Stark & Stark's Krawitz Named to Simon's Heart Board
The local law firm's shareholder joins the non-profit organization's Advisory Board.

Simon’s Heart announced it has named Stark & Stark Shareholder Jeffrey A. Krawitz, Esq., to its Advisory Board. Based in Conshohocken, Pa., the nonprofit organization has a mission to create and advance programs, policies and research that prevent sudden cardiac arrest and death in children, teens and young adults.
Mr. Krawitz and his family, who reside in Montgomery County, have been involved with Simon’s Heart for 15 years. After attending one of the organization’s first heart screenings, Mr. Krawitz’s daughter discovered she had a hole in her heart that required surgical repair; she was also diagnosed with Long QT Syndrome. His family’s involvement with Simon’s Heart has included serving on the planning committee for special fundraiser events and his role on the board will allow him to help expand and grow the organization’s awareness nationally and globally.
“To be involved with Simon’s Heart since the beginning, and to now serve on the board, is an incredible honor,” Mr. Krawitz said. “I am excited to help Simon’s Heart grow beyond a local organization. I would like to see it help mandate heart screenings for babies, school-aged kids, athletes and others.”
