Suppers Programs Offers Happiness Workshop

Believe it or not, there’s an unbreakable connection between your happiness and your physical health. Join happiness expert Margie Bissinger, MS, PT, CHC, for this one-hour workshop on Tuesday, March 23 from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. and learn how you can transform your overall health – physical, emotional, and spiritual – through setting happiness as your intention.
Participants will come away from this discussion with strategies that can improve your base level of happiness, increase your overall life joy, and make you feel better every day. Everyone who attends will receive a 7-Day Happiness Habits Journal.

About the Speaker
Margie is a physical therapist, integrative health coach and happiness trainer with over 25 years of experience helping people with osteoporosis and osteopenia improve their bone health through an integrative comprehensive approach utilizing whole foods, exercise, supplements, mind-body relaxation techniques and happiness training. Margie is the author of Osteoporosis: An Exercise Guide. She is involved with the osteoporosis initiatives in the state of New Jersey as a physical therapy representative to the NJ Interagency Council on Osteoporosis. Margie teaches an online 6-week program, Happy Bones, Happy Life, to give people the tools to naturally achieve optimal bone health.
