Sweet Gourmet Opens New Store In Princeton

PRINCETON, NJ – Local bake-to-order bakery, Sweet Gourmet, has opened its first storefront at Princeton North Shopping Center. The store announced its opening on Friday in a Facebook post.

"After a month of non-stop work we are ready to open tomorrow at 10 a.m.,” the owners announced Thursday. The store was earlier run from The Cucina, a commercial kitchen available for rent that also offered cooking and baking classes.

Apart from specializing in cakes and cheesecakes, Sweet Gourmet offers a variety of gourmet cookies and breakfast mixes, which they ship across the country. Founded in 2017, all baked goods are created by Chef Karen Ambrose.
