Winberie's Reopens Wednesday Following Renovations

The restaurant reopened Wednesday after closing on Feb. 9 for renovations focused on updating the dining room and bar.​

PRINCETON, NJ — Winberie's Restaurant & Bar in Princeton officially reopened Wednesday, March 27 following a six-week renovation.

The restaurant closed on Feb. 9 for renovations focused on updating the dining room and bar.

"Maintaining the restaurant's overall feel was critical during the remodeling process," said Robert Haynes, general manager. "Our guests will see we've accomplished that goal and notice new wooden floors and upholstered seating that will take dining with us to a new level."

Winberie's also made additions to its menu by adding daily featured dinner entrées such as Slow-Roasted Prime Rib and Chicken Marsala. It will also offer a new Happy Hour menu, according to Select Restaurants, Inc., parent company of Winberie's.

Located at 1 Palmer Square in Princeton, Winberie's Restaurant & Bar has been running since 1984.

"Winberie's has stood the test of time in Princeton," Haynes added. "During our renovation,
we've taken the proper amount of time so guests can enjoy a new dining and socializing
experience with the same service, food quality and welcoming atmosphere they love and
always expect from Winberie's."
