For 5th Straight Year, Ramsey Baker Wins Best Cheesecake At State Fair
Lisa Dosch of the West Gate Restaurant won in three categories, including for her blueberry cheesecake.
RAMSEY, N.J. — For the fifth consecutive year, borough resident Lisa Dosch won Best Cheesecake at the 2016 New Jersey State Fair.
Dosch sells 30 flavors of her popular cheesecakes at the West Gate Restaurant in Nyack, New York, in the Best Western Nyack On Hudson.
“I’m constantly asked which is my favorite and I honestly can say they all are. I created each one after flavors that I love," Dosch states on the restaurant's website. "Each one has such a full body of flavor, creaminess and taste and with the different types of crust only makes it more difficult to decide."
