Bergen County Real Estate Agents Collect Prom Dresses
Volunteers Collect Prom Dresses for Coldwell Banker Cares Day Event

ALLENDALE/SADDLE RIVER VALLEY/RAMSEY/UPPER SADDLE RIVER, N.J. (April 29, 2019) – Volunteers from the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Allendale/Saddle River Valley and Ramsey/Upper Saddle River real estate offices collected prom dresses for Oasis – A Haven for Women and Children as part of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Day community service event.
The offices collected more than 50 dresses, both short and long, and delivered them to the Ramsey Free Public Library for pick-up by Oasis, which is dedicated to changing “the lives of women and children by breaking the cycle of poverty through compassionate programs designed to feed, clothe, educate, and empower women and children in need.” Oasis has a clothing room where girls in need can choose a dress for prom.
Margaret Ajamian, assistant district manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Allendale/Saddle River Valley office, said that after the success of the prom dress collection for Oasis, she was approached by the Tim Tebow Foundation. The foundation has a committee that organizes a prom for mentally and disabled kids in February, and they asked if Coldwell Banker could organize another collection this winter. “I was more than excited and passed this along to our Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares representatives to organize for December,” said Ajamian.
