Chick-fil-A Coming To Route 17 In Ramsey
The chain's signature chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, and more are coming to the now-shuttered Horizon Diner.

RAMSEY, NJ — A Chick-fil-A restaurant is coming to Route 17.
The restaurant is going where the now-shuttered Horizon Diner was.
Mayor Deirdre Dillon said the borough is "very excited" about Chick-fil-A coming to the borough.

The Horizon Diner's owner, Stafford Saites, could not be reached for comment, but told NorthJersey.com that no one in the family is interested in running the diner. Saites' father opened the business, but he is 90, and she and her brother want to retire from the restaurant business, according to the report.
A Chick-fil-A spokesperson could not immediately reached for comment.

There are four Chick-fil-As in Bergen County. They are located in: Englewood, Paramus at the Garden State Plaza and the Paramus Park Mall, and at Teterboro Landing in Teterboro.
