Defeat the $49 million Ramsey School referendum Dec 11!!!

It is imperative that voters turn out for the special School referendum election next Tues Dec 11, and defeat the proposal. Our Ramsey home taxes already are among the highest in the state for schools. It's about time the School Board trim expenses and more wisely use your taxes, rather than keep going to the well, and adding more burden to the already overtaxed Ramsey homeowner.

Ramsey pays its teachers a median salary of $82,655 which is 36th highest in New Jersey and 10th highest in Bergen County. Ramsey schools tax homeowners over $53 Million each year already.

Ramsey tax rate is 2.352, while Mahwah, which has higher state school rankings than Ramsey, has tax rate of 1.786.

Vote NO on Dec 11!!!
