McNicholas joins Christie’s with over 40 years of real estate industry and management experience, having worked in branch management roles with other national brands. He has deep expertise and a passion for developing broker and realtor associates, having used a personalized and individual coaching approach with hundreds of real estate agents. As a result, he has transformed them into top-earning agents, branch managers, and has further enriched their careers. In more than four decades, McNicholas has successfully opened, developed and grown a number of real estate offices throughout both New Jersey and New York State.

McNicholas, who received his real estate license in 1973 and his broker’s license in 1975, is a member of the Greater Bergen Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Realtors Association, the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, the Garden State Multiple Listing Service, and the Monmouth Multiple Listing Service. He has served on a variety of committees for industry organizations and holds many advanced industry designations, including the GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and IFA (a designation conferred to a residential appraisal specialist who is also a Member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers (NAIFA)). McNicholas has also held a Mortgage Bankers License since 1985.
