Medieval Times' Queen Encourages Pet Adoptions With Shelter Visit

Queen Isabella and two of her knights gave their time and love to some of their most loyal subjects at the Bergen County Animal Shelter.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Bergen County's "ruler" spent time with some of her four-legged subjects recently at the Bergen County Animal Shelter.

Queen Isabella and two of her knights from Medieval Times visited the shelter recently, and encourage pet adoption this holiday season. The visit was part of Medieval Times' Chivalry In Action" program.

Isabella and her red and green knights brought a large amount of toys, treats, and blankets for the animals there. They spent some time playing with the animals.
