Patricia Sudal Joins Special Properties' Allendale/Ramsey Office
New Jersey Realtors Committee Chair joins Special Properties as a Broker Associate with over 20 years of experience
ALLENDALE/RAMSEY, NJ – April 8, 2019 – Special Properties Real Estate Services, LLC, an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate and the fastest growing real estate brokerage in northern New Jersey, has announced the addition of Patricia A. Sudal to its Allendale/Ramsey, NJ office as a Broker Associate. Sudal’s addition is a part of the company’s ongoing expansion throughout the northern New Jersey region.
Sudal has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in residential real estate and concentrating primarily in the northwestern and Pascack Valley regions of Bergen County. She is a past president of the Greater Bergen Association of Realtors (GBAR) and has served on various committees at various industry associations at the local, state and national level.
Currently, she serves as the 2019 Chairperson for the New Jersey Realtors’® (NJR) Risk Management Committee and as a member of the organization’s Professional Standards Committee. She is also a member of the Federal Finance & Policy Committee of the National Association of Realtors and serves as a trustee for both the NJR Housing Opportunity Foundation and the GBAR Realtor Care Foundation.

Sudal is deeply involved in her community through volunteering for various organizations and programs, including Rebuilding of North Jersey, Realtor Care Day and Community Food Bank Snack Packs for Kids. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and previously was a Director of Sales and Marketing specializing in the Marine Industry in both domestic and international markets.
