Ramsey Among Top 100 NJ Towns: NJ Monthly

RAMSEY, NJ — Ramsey was ranked among the top 100 towns in New Jersey by New Jersey Monthly magazine for 2019.

New Jersey Monthly looked at several factors to determine the rankings, including average tax bills, the average change in tax bills since 2016, median home prices and their changes since 2016, the crime rate per 1,000 residents, and local high schools' rank by New Jersey Monthly.

Ramsey was ranked No. 92.

The median home price in Ramsey is $532,500, which is nearly 9 percent more than what it was in 2016.

Ramsey High School was also ranked the 33rd best high school in New Jersey by the magazine.
