RAMSEY, NJ — It's back! The Ramsey Corner Cafe reopened Tuesday, nine months after a fire severely damaged the restaurant.

Customers celebrated the reopening on social media in the days following the reopening, offering congratulatory messages on posts on the business' Facebook page.

"We are so happy for you And mostly, for us. We have truly missed you," said Valerie Shurko. "A very big, hearty, sincere welcome back with love."

More than $9,200 was donated on a GoFundMe campaign for the cafe. The money was donated to the owner and his family.
