RAMSEY, N.J. — The borough's annual Halloween parade and costume contest is Oct. 29 at 10 a.m.
The parade will start at the commuter parking lot on Mechanic Street, proceed down Main Street to Ramsey High School.
Trophies will be awarded to children wearing the best costumes.

In the event of rain, the parade will be held in the high school auditorium.
