Republican Sweep Ramsey Mayor, Council Races
The Republican mayoral candidate got nearly 1,000 more votes than her opponent did.

RAMSEY, NJ — Republican incumbent Mayor Deirdre Dillon defeated Democratic challenger Richard Muti for another term as mayor.
In the Borough Council election, William Jones and Peter Kilman, both incumbent Republicans, ran against and beat Democratic challengers Jason Farrar and Carolyn Johnson.
Five candidates ran for three, three-year terms on the Ramsey Board of Education: Scott Kaufman, Keri Walsh, Nicholas Capuano, Mary-Ellen Fine, and Nicholas Schifano.

Walsh and Fine are incumbents. The third incumbent, David Rockefeller, did not run for re-election.
