Registered Nurse Joins Christie's International Ramsey

Hoitsma has a passion for property, landscape and interior design. Her love for real estate stems from her strong belief in the importance of making every house a home. Hoitsma is a registered nurse who worked in pediatrics for 15 years. For the past 12 years, she has worked, and continues to work, with Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. She is also the bookkeeper and office manager of her husband’s construction company.

A lifelong Bergen County resident, Hoitsma grew up in Midland Park and has lived in Ramsey for the past 32 years. She and her husband, Don, have four adult children. She is active in her community, previously volunteering in youth ministry with her husband for more than 10 years. Currently, they provide religious-based marriage counseling and Hoitsma mentors young women at Church at Bergen in Paramus, NJ.
