Sanchez Earns NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award

RAMSEY, NJ – February 13, 2020 – Christie’s International Real Estate Northern New Jersey, an exclusive partner of Christie’s International Real Estate, voted Christie’s Affiliate of the Year in 2017 and 2018 and the fastest growing real estate brokerage in northern New Jersey, announced today that Claudia Sanchez, an agent in the Ramsey/Allendale Sales Gallery, has been awarded the Platinum NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® for 2019 and the NJ REALTORS® Distinguished Sales Club Award.

The awards recognize New Jersey Realtors® members who have demonstrated excellence in the field of salesmanship. The Platinum award, the highest level of the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Awards®, honors agents who have achieved $20 million or more in annual sales and closed transactions on at least 30 properties or those who have closed 125 properties. In 2019, Sanchez closed nearly $28 million in sales across more than 90 transactions. The NJ REALTORS® Distinguished Sales Club Award acknowledging those professionals who have been recipients of the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence for 10 years.

Sanchez is a licensed Broker Associate with over 25 years of sales and management experience. Licensed since 2001, in the past 10 years, she has successfully assisted over 300 clients with over 400 transactions, totaling over $200 million in total sales. Claudia has extensive and focused experience in Allendale, exceeding over $100 million in her total sales volume since 2010. She has repeatedly been recognized as the top producing Allendale agent over the last 10 years, selling three times more real estate in the municipality than any other agent or team.

Claudia is also an active part of her community. She is co-president of the Allendale Chamber of Commerce since 2017, a member of the Allendale Foundation for Education Excellence, a member of Valley Hospital Auxiliary-Allendale Branch, and a member of the Allendale-Saddle River Rotary Club.
