'Belligerent' Person Causes Randolph High School Lockdown
The school was briefly placed on lockdown after a person "became belligerent," the Randolph High School principal said.

RANDOLPH, NJ — A "belligerent" person briefly caused a lockdown at Randolph High School Tuesday afternoon, principal Deborah Iosso said in a statement.
The school went into lockdown around 12:15 p.m., after an individual entered the school and refused to leave, Iosso said. They "became belligerent" when administrators attempted to remove them from the school.
"Due to the nature of the incident, the building was put into a lockdown to ensure the safety of all students and staff," Iosso said. (For more information on this and other neighborhood stories, subscribe to Patch to receive daily newsletters and breaking news alerts.)
