DOVER, NJ — A two-alarm fire broke out Saturday morning that decimated a three-story multi-family house on King Street in Dover, according to the Dover Fire Department.
There were no injuries, but the two families living on the two bottom floors were displaced, due mostly to water damage, according to Fire Chief Jon Filosa.

When firefighters arrived on the scene "the fire was blowing out of four windows on the third floor," Filosa said.
The first call to the fire department came in at around 10:54 a.m.

Firefighters struggled with getting access to water, as the fire hydrant in front of the building wasn't putting out enough of it. They were able to source water from nearby fire hydrants.
The fire was put out in about 30 to 45 minutes, according to Filosa.
Filosa said that around 35 to 45 firefighters were needed to fight the fire.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
