Booker Meeting Ridgewood Residents on Friday
U.S. Senate candidate meeting residents at Starbucks, train station Friday afternoon.

Newark mayor and senatorial frontrunner Cory Booker will be coming to Ridgewood on Friday.
The Democrat will be meeting residents and chatting with Mayor Paul Aronsohn at 4:30 p.m. at Starbucks. Booker will then talk to residents coming off the train at 5 p.m., Aronsohn said.
Booker recently opened a campaign office on Godwin Avenue. The Democratic primary is set for Aug. 13, with Booker likely to face conservative Steve Lonegan in the October special election.
