Coldwell Banker Realty Honors Ann + Melinda Group of Ridgewood

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. (May 6, 2021) – The Ann + Melinda Group, comprised of Ann Ewell and Melinda Cronk, was one of the Top Five real estate teams at Coldwell Banker Realty in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York for all of 2020. The team, affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty in Ridgewood, closed more than $42 million.

Ewell and Cronk earned the prestigious Coldwell Banker Realty International President’s Elite Award for 2020, which places them within the Top 10% of approximately 3,200 Coldwell Banker Realty sales teams in the U.S. and Canada. Among Coldwell Banker Realty teams in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York, The Ann + Melinda Group ranked No. 4 based on adjusted gross commission income among small teams of two-three members.

One of the most well-known and successful real estate teams in northwest Bergen County, Ewell and Cronk have closed more than 350 transactions and $300 million in sales volume. They have more than 35 years of combined experience.

Ewell is a Ridgewood native and Ho-Ho-Kus resident. She entered real estate in 1999 following management roles at KPMG and Amoco Corporation. Ewell is a perennial top producer and award winner who has earned professional designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Negotiation Expert and Seller Representative Specialist. She is active in her community as a volunteer with the Ho-Ho-Kus Public School and Northern Highlands Regional High School.

Cronk was raised in Ho-Ho-Kus and currently resides in Ridgewood. Prior to real estate, Cronk spent 15 years is corporate communications at American Express and The Bank of New York Mellon. She entered real estate in 2007 and rose to the top of her field, earning her broker's license and her Certified Negotiation Expert designation. She has served in leadership roles for the YWCA of Bergen County, Federated Home and School Association of Ridgewood, George Washington Middle School Home and School Association, Friends of the Ridgewood Library and the Ridgewood Newcomers Club.
