Commuter Parking Expected to be Canned on Lynn Street

It's likely going to get a lot more pleasant for residents of Ridgewood's Lynn Street, though their happiness will come at the expense of commuters.

Homeowners have complained to village officials that their East Side street has become a parking lot of sorts for commuters hopping on the nearby buses of the Park-n-Ride.

Under a new ordinance to be introduced on July 17 by the village council, parking for longer than three hours will be prohibited on the street between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
