Diane Haroutunian “Lady Di” Earns SRES Designation

ORADELL, N.J. (Dec. 10, 2020) – Rob Norman, president of Coldwell Banker Realty in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York, is pleased to announce that Diane Haroutunian, a top sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Realty office in Ridgewood, has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) professional designation offered by the National Association of Realtors (NAR)®.

The SRES® designation course seeks to instill knowledge, understanding, and empathy for real estate clients and customers aged 50 and above, according to NAR. Sales associates who complete the course gain the knowledge and expertise to counsel clients aged 50 and above through major financial and lifestyle transitions, including relocating, refinancing or selling the family home.

“In taking the SRES course, Diane is developing the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the real estate industry and is demonstrating her dedication and commitment to serving the specific needs of her clients,” said Norman.

Haroutunian has earned many awards for her sales success, including the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® since 2012, Five Star Professional Award since 2015, and the Coldwell Banker President’s Circle since 2017.

She constantly strives to build her professional skillset in order to provide remarkable service to clients. Haroutunian has earned designations including e-Pro (e-PRO®) Advanced Digital Marketing, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®), and Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS®). Haroutunian also specializes in assisting sellers to market their home, working with first-time buyers, and benefitting clients with her love for home staging and design. She assists clients with her background in fine arts, marketing, sales, digital media and construction.

Haroutunian is a member of Greater Bergen Realtors Association, New Jersey Multiple Listing service, Garden State Multiple Listing service, and Hudson Multiple Listing service. She is also on several professional organizations such as Circle of Excellence Committee, Grievance Committee, and the Young Professional Network. Haroutunian, an Oradell resident for 16 years, is active in her community, and has raised funds for several charitable organizations through Coldwell Banker Realty Cares, the real estate company’s philanthropic arm.
