Glen Rock Art Teacher Honored By NJ Designer
Deb Cella will be honored as a "Woman of Strength" on Monday. An accompanying trunk show will donate proceeds to a scholarship fund.
GLEN ROCK, NJ — A Glen Rock art teacher has been honored as a "Woman of Strength", and will be celebrated at a trunk show in Surf City on Monday.
Esteemed designer and CEO Freida Rothman, along with the Good Life Gift Boutique of Surf City, will host a virtual trunk show on Monday, which will honor Deb Cella, an art teacher at Glen Rock High School.
The event starts at 7 p.m., and features Rothman and Cella in conversation. A link can be found for the stream of the talk here.

According to a news release, the discussion will range from Cella's experiences in teaching over the past year amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The release also said that from June 21 through June 28, 10 percent of the Freida Rothman Trunk Show sales will go toward the Strength in Art scholarship being established by Cella for students graduating in 2022.
