Glen Rock Pizzeria Opening 3rd Location In Bergen

GLEN ROCK, NJ – Francesca Brick Oven Pizza & Pasta is expanding.

The Glen Rock pizzeria opened in 2008 and then added a second location in Elmwood Park. The Italian eatery now plans to unveil a third restaurant in Fair Lawn.

Salvatore Reina, one of the restaurant’s owners, said the Fair Lawn restaurant, located at 25-07 Broadway, will open sometime next month.

In a Facebook post, restaurant owners announced the new location, saying it “wouldn’t be possible without all the incredible support from our amazing customers, current & past team members and everyone who has been there for us since day one.”

Francesca Brick Oven Pizza & Pasta, which offers genuine wood-burning brick oven pizza, pasta and fresh salads made to order, was started by Salvatore and his brother Gino. They named their business in honor of their Sicilian grandmother, whose picture is hanging up inside.

According to the website, the signature pizza is the Margherita Pizza - "Fresh plum tomatoes, fresh basil and fresh mozzarella, hand-made by their father, have made this pizza the owners’ and customers’ most popular choice so far." Other pizzas include: buffalo chicken, BBQ chicken, chicken bacon ranch, gluten-free, chicken parm with vodka sauce and eggplant & ricotta.
