Glen Rock Spooktacular Celebration Is Saturday
If a nor'easter blankets North Jersey, the event will be held indoors.
GLEN ROCK, NJ — The borough's Spooktacular Halloween Celebration is Saturday at 9 a.m. at Borough Hall, rain or shine, Mayor Bruce Packer said.
A nor'easter is expected to bring 40- to 60-mph winds to the state – and even a little snow. (See related: Nor'easter Now Looking Likely For NJ, With Possible 60-MPH Winds)
If it does rain, the celebration will be held inside borough hall.
