Jazz Concert, More PSE&G Talks

Monday

There will be a magic workshop at the Glen Rock Public Library from 1 to 2:15 p.m. Magic includes card, coins, mentalism, and rope. Misdirection and sleight of hand principles will be shown.

Sixth-grade students can discuss the book "Temple Grandin: How the Girl Who Loved Cows Embraced Autism & Changed the World" at 4 p.m. at the Ridgewood Public Library.

Tuesday

There will be a "Geeky Tuesday" challenge at the Ridgewood Public Library. At 4 p.m. you can build a catapult and fire objects. Pretty cool.

The Ridgewood Planning Board will meet again to talk Valley Hospital expansion plans at 7:30 p.m.

The Glen Rock Shade Tree Committee will meet at 7:15 p.m. at the library.

Rio "The Bishop of Jazz" Clemente and Friends will perform at the Kasschau Band Shell at 8:30 p.m.

Wednesday

The Ridgewood Village Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. will feature further discussion of the PSE&G project, turfing Habernickel Field, water discharge rates, and other items.

Popular Betty Davis flick "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?" will play at the big screen in Van Neste at 8:30 p.m.

Thursday

The Glen Rock Board of Trustees are meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the library.

The Glen Rock zoning board will meet at 7:30 p.m. at Borough Hall.
