Just Sold In Ridgewood: Historic Single Family Home For $1M

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — A single family village home from the 19th century was just sold for more than $1 million recently.

The five-bedroom, three-bathroom Spring Avenue home was built in 1880. It sold on July 25 for nearly $1.1 million. Previously, it was sold in 2008 for $1.4 million.

Two other village homes recently sold for more than $1 million each:

• 320 Brookmere Court, sell price: $1.3 million, four bedrooms, four bathrooms
• 130 Unadilla Road, sell price: $1..3 million, five bedrooms, five bathrooms
