Lawrence William Hotchkiss, 80, Glen Rock Police Detective For 20 Years

Hotchkiss died at his Idaho home Dec. 31.

GLEN ROCK, N.J. — A former Glen Rock police detective for 20 years died Dec. 31.

Lawrence William Hotchkiss, 80, of Blackfoot, Idaho, died at his home.

He was a Navy veteran and was a member of the New Jersey Honor Legion.

He was a member of the Blackfoot Elk's Lodge and served as its tiler for many years.

He is survived by his son Wayne daughter Sallis; sisters Maureen and Kate and grandchildren Seth, Hayley, Sarah and Hunter.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to a favorite charity in his honor.
