Local Restaurants Donating to Meals on Wheels

Thirteen restaurants providing receipts of the Tuesday's proceeds to the charity organization to benefit those unable to shop or cook for themselves

A number of local restaurants will be helping seniors and those with other difficulties enjoy a great meal through donations on Tuesday. Thirteen restaurants will be donating a portion of their day's reciepts to non-profit group Community Wheels Inc.

They are:

* Park West Tavern

* Daily Treat

* Andrea's Ristorante Italiano

Founded in 1971, the "Meals on Wheels" service delivers meals to those who cannot shop or cook for themselves in Northwest Bergen County. Fundraising dollars are needed to offset costs – consider donating by calling CMI at 201-447-8295 or visiting its website.
