Mamoun’s Falafel In Paramus Opens Monday

New York City's most popular falafel business is ready to open its newest restaurant.

PARAMUS, NJ – Mamoun’s Falafel in Paramus is poised to open Monday.

Located at 305 Route 17 South, Suite 3207, the Middle Eastern restaurant will open its doors at 11 a.m., according to a social media post from the restaurant.

“Pro tip: try the falafel, it's AMAZING,” the restaurant added.

After getting its start nearly 50 years ago in New York City, the chain expanded to locations in Connecticut, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Within New Jersey, there are restaurants in Hoboken, New Brunswick, Princeton, Fort Lee and Wall.

Besides falafel - which wad dubbed among the Most Iconic Sandwiches by Eater NY -, Mamoun's menu includes pita, lamb shawarma and baklava.

The chain has also been featured on the Food Network, Travel Guide Channel, The Rachael Ray Show and The Chew. It was also recently ranked by QSR Magazine as one of America’s Hottest Startup Fast Casuals.
