Marc's Cheesecake Adds Ice Cream to Beat Summer Heat

Marc's Cheesecake has a cure-all for the summer heat – fresh-scooped ice cream paired with their silky smooth cheesecake.

The specialty bakery on Rock Road in Glen Rock now houses Welsh Farms ice cream, it wrote on its Facebook page. Sundaes are completed with Marc's homemade toppings, culminating with offerings like "Outrageous" Brownie Sundae, All American Apple Crumb Sundae, Lemon Burst Sundae or "Glen Rocky" Road (marshmellow fluff, chopped walnuts and chocolate whipped cream).

The business also received permits to hold outdoor seating.

Marc's Cheesecake is open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
