Marion Kortjohn, 101, Member Of Ridgewood YMCA Board

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — Marion D. Kortjohn (nee Dallery), 101, of Ridgewood died Sunday.

She was a village resident for more than 60 years. She was a member of the Ridgewood Women's Club, the Ridgewood College Club and was a board member of the Ridgewood YMCA.

She was a graduate of Hunter College and Columbia University.

Before retiring, she was student activities director for Kean University.

She was president of the St. Margaret's Guild and was a member of the Saddle River Garden Club.

She was predeceased by her husband Martin and her daughter Marion Anne.

She is survived by her son Martin, and his wife Patricia, and grandsons Martin and Matthew.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Christ Church in Ridgewood.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in her memory be given to Christ Church.
