Mary Elizabeth 'Biz' Eaton, 80

She was the first elected woman president of the Upper Ridgewood Tennis Club.

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — Mary Elizabeth "Biz" Eaton, 80, of Ridgewood, died Monday.

She had been the practice manager at Respiratory Health & Critical Care Association, Midland Park. Subsequently, she had been the coordinator of Marc Melamed, chief medical officer, at Valley Hospital, Ridgewood.

She was a cheerleader at and a graduate of Ridgewood High School. She was an alumnus of Skidmore College.

She was a former member of the Ridgewood Country Club and was the first elected woman president of the Upper Ridgewood Tennis Club in the 1970s.

She is survived by her husband, Walter; children Stephanie Niemchak; David Eaton; Barbara Corcoran and Richard Eaton; siblings John, Barbara and Stephanie; and grandchildren Michael, Elizabeth, Hunter, Grace, Ava, Brody, Max and Chelsea.

A funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, in at 10:30 a.m. with a reception to follow.

Donations in her memory to Valley Hospital would be appreciated.
