More Thefts Reported in Ridgewood

There were no further reports of Razor Scooter thefts, but residents in Ridgewood tell police other possessions have gone missing.

According to the department, a village resident had her wallet stolen at Starbucks on July 30. On the same day, a Ridgewood man said his cell phone was stolen while he was at soccer practice at RHS.

A day later, a Shelbourne Terrace woman said someone broke into her car at night and stole money from the handbag in her car.

Detectives are following up on the various thefts, police said.
