Novo Restaurant Opens in Ridgewood

Chef Eli Kachlon has opened a new restaurant in Ridgewood, according to BoozyBurbs.com.
Novo is Chef Kachlon’s interpretation of a Mediterranean cuisine with influences from North Africa, Europe and the Middle East.

Novo’s menu will be seasonal and constantly change. The BYOB restaurant is only open for dinner right now, though lunch is expected to be served sometime in the near future.

Novo is located at 37 Chestnut Street in Ridgewood and has valet parking.
