A nutritionist who had an office in Ridgewood was sentenced to two years of probation for her role in an insurance fraud scheme, according to a report.
Azadeh Ahmadi, indicted in 2012 for allegedly bilking insurance companies out of $40,000 in phony claims, pleaded guilty to one count of health care fraud and was sentenced to $22,000 in restitution and two years of probation, northjersey.com reports.
Ahmadi had offices on Franklin Avenue in Ridgewood and in Paterson.
