Coldwell Banker has released its 2015 Home Listing Report, which shows 11 Bergen County towns taking the top spots for most expensive prices.

According to the new data from Coldwell Banker, average listing price of a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in New Jersey is $415,305.

But buyers looking to live in these Bergen County towns will likely pay much more than that.

In 2015, Ridgewood had the state’s 10th most expensive real estate prices, according to Coldwell Banker’s data. The list price for a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home there is $682,495.

Several other Bergen County towns made the list:

  • Glen Rock, sixth: $725,165
  • Englewood, ninth: $705,375
  • Mahwah, 11th: $677,434
  • River Vale/Westwood/Old Tappan (tie), 15th: $660,325
  • Ramsey, 17th: $654,992
  • Paramus, 18th: $644,054

Chatham Township is the state’s most expensive place to buy a home. The average four-bedroom, two bath home there was listed for $882,260.
