RIDGEWOOD, NJ — A six-bedroom, eight-bathroom Phelps Road home recently sold for a record $4.3 million.
According to Special Properties Real Estate Services LLC, the agency that brokered the deal, the sale is the largest ever in Ridgewood for a single-lot, single-family property.
The home includes a two-story foyer, a circular staircase, a kitchen that opens to a family room, covered porch, a patio, and a pool, according to Special Properties Real Estate Services. The sellers designed and constructed the home in 2015.

The home has an estimated value of slightly more than $4 million, according to realtor.com. The $4.3 million sale price is nearly four times greater than the median listing price of $839,500 for the Ridgewood area, according to the listing.
