Ridgewood Physician Char Expanding Practice

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — NAI James E. Hanson has negotiated the sale of 1,219 square feet of medical office space at 1124 East Ridgewood Ave. in Ridgewood, which will help a local physician expand their practice.

Standing at 31,600 square feet, 1124 East Ridgewood Avenue "provides an excellent location with quick access to Route 17 and the Garden State Parkway," NAI said. Along with the desirable location, the property offers physicians the opportunity to purchase their own medical office spaces while also providing attentive property management and maintenance.

A long-time owner at 1124 East Ridgewood Avenue, Dr. Daniel J. Char, Director of Vascular Intervention, The Valley Hospital, was hoping to expand his practice at the building and worked closely with NAI to negotiate the sale of an additional 1,219 square feet of medical office space, the company said.
